Final Sale
All purchases are considered final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for any product purchased, whether it is a hard copy, digital (eBook or audiobook), or pre-order.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Digital Products
- No Refunds: eBooks and audiobooks are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.
- Access Support: If the customer experiences any issues accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us. We are committed to assisting with any technical difficulties.
- Device Compatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with the digital files provided prior to purchasing the product.
